Lorraine Ranalli is a corporate communications professional and published author whose career began as a reporter on Philadelphia’s KYW Newsradio, 1210 WPHT, 6abc Action News, and Fox29, and as a disc jockey on B101 and WMGK.Lorraine bridged her broadcast-to-boardroom experience with development and delivery of soft skills training programs, such as Speaking for Success, Communication Principles, and Business Writing that Works.
Gene Volpe has been in the technology and marketing sectors for over 20 years. His time with a major technology company prepared him for the digital advertising world and the challenges that "new marketing" presents to business owners. In addition, Gene is the father to 2 daughters (14 and 11 years old) who are just learning the ways of the digital world.
Natalie is a creative problem-solving consultant/facilitator who builds relationships by approaching every task collaboratively. With a rich history in marketing-communications, she’s led departments at Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, DSC Advertising, the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, among others. Experienced in the healthcare, finance, retail, education and non-profit industries, Natalie’s background includes strategic planning, development and direction of corporate communications, web/digital development and oversight, video direction and special events management.
She is a published features writer, and has created many meaningful campaigns and subsequent success stories.

Lara Pietras' inspiration comes from her who father had a desire to do real estate himself, but his family responsibilities really left him no option to take the risks that the profession sometimes requires. However, he managed to transfer the vision to Lara, a torch she carries with great pride today. His entrepreneurial vision wasn’t the only thing that prompted Lara to enter the world of real estate.
